my word for 2013 and a giveaway!
Monday, December 31, 2012 As I look back on this past year, what stands out to me is the intensity of my commitments - be it to my marriage, my coaching business, my part-time job - I went all-in on a LOT of things this year. And what I realized is that when you're going all-in everywhere, your bets get spread thin.
What I want for 2013 is to trim the fat, cleanse the clutter and step into a more vibrant life for myself. What I want for 2013 is to SHINE.
As I came up with this word, I realized that it was less about the doing and more about letting my brilliance come through - without all of the stuff that can dull my day-to-day life - the stuff that leads me to feel tired, overworked, and slightly depressed.
I'm ready to move beyond that, into my shine.
In honor of this, I'm giving away one of my hand-made "Shine on, you crazy diamond!" posters - pictured above! I made this poster at a recent letterpress class (I've fallen back in love with letterpress btw!)

My words are "free flow" because I'm a perfectionist and am very focused on outcomes. I want to loosen up! And, also, free myself from some situations that need resolving. It's time to free myself and go with the flow of life. Less list making. More living.

My choice for words are: Fearlessly Confident or Confidently Fearless. Somewhere in the past few years I've lost the ability to be Fearless and Confident - and I so want it / them back. I'm not where i thought i'd be in my life. I now get to totally re-invent me, yet ?????!???????. ==¦==
My word is Simplify. Simply put!
My word/theme for 2013 is COMMUNION--with my body, my mind, my soul, and my community.
As of right now....ABUNDANCE! Of everything- love, money, work, play, fun, adventures, hugs, high-fives. I'm aiming high. :)
My word for 2013 is accountability . Which is relevant to me because I lose interest in goals I set for myself and then just toss them away, as if they don't matter . I want my head to realise that what my heart desires is important . Long term .

The word that came to me for 2013 is "realistic". In dreaming big, I need to be realistic to figure out how to get things done.

Complete is my word for 2013. I have a lot of energy in a lot of directions and while looking back at last year it is the completed projects, ideas, an feeling in relationships that really send me. Shine on!
I'm afraid of my words for 2013. I think they are things like buckledown, productivity, and get 'er done. BUT my favourite word is KISMET. I like how it rolls off the tongue. And how I imagine fate and opportunity meeting and making out.
