100 rejection letters -- an update & exciting news!
Monday, March 26, 2012 Hello friends!
I'm home from a long-weekend away at Craftcation and have some exciting news to share!
On Friday, my first post went live as a contributor to Design for Mankind! I am beyond thrilled to be working with Erin (who I completely adore!) and am loving the concept of my series: Life Design 101.
I'll be posting every other friday and will keep you all updated over here when I have something new up!
In terms of my 100 rejection letters project, this is my most awesome news of late. Had I not committed to this project, I would never have reached out to Erin when she said she was looking for contributors to help with her maternity coverage (her mini-kind is coming soon!). I never would have raised my hand.
I never would have even tried.
And yet, here I am. My lesson here is that yes, sometimes, people say no. Sometimes the reach is just that: the reach. But sometimes people say yes. YES. And when they do, it makes all the rest of it so worth it!

So, so, so totally agree with you, Tiffany! Love this. And congrats! xo
The Reach can be such a powerful thing - and because it's so powerful, it can also be scary. It's okay to be scared for a while, but you took that step - you reached out!
And I'm so excited to see what other amazeballs things you're gonna accomplish this year!
bravo my friend. bravo
stretching for the reach in all the bravest ways Tiff! Love that you're going to be writing for Erin!
