a love letter to yourself - a coaching exercise for you to show your dreams that you are ready for them to start coming true

Why is it called Love Letters?

 

 

This project is called Love Letters for 3 reasons. First, it's an opportunity for me to write love letters to people like you. Secondly, each package is sent through the mail. Like a letter. And third, I have teamed up with artists who make text-based art and incorporate messages of hope and inspiration in their work (letters - get it? like letters of the alphabet!).

How exactly does it work?

You sign up for the project by choosing your payment plan above and registering. If you purchase the annual package, you're all set for the year. If you purchase the monthly package, your credit card will be charged monthly for the duration of the program (through December 2013).

What happens if I register after the first of the month?

Any monthly registration that occurs after the 10th of the month will be applied to the following month's package. For example, if you sign up for a monthly subscription on January 15, you'll start receiving your Love Letters in February.

You may purchase an annual subscription anytime throughout the year. Once purchased, you will receive a LOVEBOMB package of all of the Love Letters that have been previously mailed.

Wait. So, if I sign up for an annual subscription in May, why can't I just do June 2013 - May 2014?

The short answer is that I don't know if you'll be able to do that since this is a brand new, never-been-tested project. I would love to continue this in 2014 but have no idea how things might change. I'd also like to offer people the opportunity to get the earlier packages, so this made the most sense. I'll keep y'all posted if anything changes.

When will I get my package?

Packages are mailed at the first of every month (no later than the fifth), so you should expect to receive you package in the first couple weeks of each month, depending on your location.

How are the packages mailed?

The packages are mailed via USPS first-class mail.

This is such a brilliant idea! Can I purchase gift subscriptions?

Why, thank you! Yes, you can absolutely purchase gift subscriptions! Just be sure to leave a note at checkout with the recipients' addresses so we know who to ship them to. We will also include a note about the gift subscription with the first mailing.

Can you split up my gift subscription and send it to a different person each month?

Unfortunately, no. I don't currently have the infrastructure set up to do this. However, these do make great gifts, so you could give yours away each month to your favorite person of the moment!

How did you find your artists?

It's an incredible group, huh? Some of these peeps are my good friends, some are internet strangers who I found through books, links, and pinterest. I am SO IN LOVE with all of their work, and know you'll be too!

Tell me about the artwork. 

Each monthly piece from the featured artist will be professionally printed on high-quality paper using archival inks. Each print will also come sealed in a cellophane wrapper with a cardboard backing.

Tell me about the love letter from you.

I like to inspire people. I like to write messages to people who might be feeling down or need a little boost. I also like to write messages to people who are kicking ass and taking names and love encouragement. My love letters will be a mix of all of this: part I've been wanting to tell you, part holyshityou'reamazing, part I see what you're doing and know the world needs more of it.

Tell me about the coaching exercise. That sounds scary.

Oh, no, it's only scary if you let it be. The coaching exercises will vary month to month, but they'll all be meant to help you reflect on where you are in life, get a vision of where you want to be, and tackle those BIG questions that will help you get from point A to point B. You might even like them. They might even be fun and easy. I promise. 

What if I don't like my print of the month? Can I trade it out?

Unfortunately, no. I have worked very hard to curate a collection of featured artists whose work I know you'll love. If the work is not your style, I encourage you to gift it to someone else. You might just make their day!

I'm planning to move. Can I still do this?

For sure! Just email me or contact me via my website to let me know your new address and we'll get you all set!

What's the cancellation/refund policy?

If you have a monthly subscription, yes, you can cancel up to the 15th of each month to end your subscription. For example, you could cancel on May 20th and would not be charged for June (or you would be issued a refund if you'd already paid). However, if you cancel after May 15th, you will receive the June package and then your subscription will be cancelled.

For annual subscriptions, I'm unfortunately not able to offer refunds or cancellations due to the already-discounted fee structure.
