It's a trap we creatives get into sometimes: waiting around for inspiration to hit. Wondering when we'll feel the pull to create.
What if, instead of sitting around and waiting for something to come to you, you committed to getting to work? To painting even though the inspiration wasn't there? To writing out of discipline, even when you weren't sure what will come of it or how good the end result will be?
What if you committed to showing up and doing the work, not because you want to or because you feel like it but because you can't not do the work, because you have to?
What could be different then?
